Kyle Box was born and raised in McKinney, Texas, just north of Dallas. Kyle lived in North Texas until moving to the Beaver Lake area, just west of Eureka Springs, in June 1993 after several visits to the area.

Kyle and his wife Sharon owned an Armani & Swarovski Collectible Shop in down town Eureka until 1999. This has given Kyle a unique perspective for business opportunities and marketing in Eureka Springs helping both Buyers and Sellers. Kyle began his Real Estate Career in 2002, using his passion for helping Buyers and Sellers it has earned him the following Arkansas Realtors Association Awards for Excellence:

2003 - SILVER LEVEL for having total gross closed transactions during calendar year 2003 of not less than Two Million Dollars

2004 - GOLD LEVEL for having total gross closed transactions during calendar year 2004 of not less than Three and One Half Million Dollars.

2005 - PLATINUM LEVEL for having total gross closed transactions during calendar year 2005 of not less than Five Million Dollars.

2006 - GOLD LEVEL for having total gross closed transactions of not less than Three and One Half Million Dollars.

2007 & 2008-SILVER LEVEL for having total gross closed transactions of not less than Two Million Dollars.

Kyle worked for Coldwell Banker K-C Realty in Eureka from 2002 to 2004 and for Re/Max Town and Lake Realty from 2004 to 2006 before joining forces with Glenn Crenshaw to form All Seasons GMAC Real Estate, LLC in September 2006 as Co-Owners. In the first 2 years All Seasons GMAC Real Estate has become the largest Real Estate Company in Carroll County by assisting Buyers and Sellers.

Kyle is a Member of the Eureka Springs Carroll County Board of RealtorsÒ, Arkansas RealtorsÒ Association, and the National RealtorsÒ Association.

Kyle keeps up to date with the properties on the market and has a talent for listening to his client’s wants and needs and then matching those with the properties on the market.
